The ladies in the office have worn this shirt for a year now. This is a nice shirt. The inside fabric is very soft and feels really nice against your skin. The cut is comfortable and slimming. As expected, the darker colors have faded a bit (navy & red); the collar will fade more than the shirt (different fabric).
