Please keep in mind our minimum quantity for Screen Printing is 36 items, for Embroidery 24 items. If you require lower quantities, please buy your apparel from us and save, then find a local vendor to do the embelishment.

Detailed below is our simple three step process to get your custom apparel or screenprinting order started. Get started today and find out what why we have become one of leaders in our industry.

Step 1. Fill out the bid request form including logo (if possible). The more details you provide, the more accurate your quote will be. For example on a screen printing bid request it is important to provide the number of colors and the quantity for your order. On an embroidery order it is important to upload your logo in the bid request form or describe it to us as well as include the quantity for your order.

Step 2. Once we receive the bid request one of our trained staff will review the request and provide a detailed quote as soon as possible. Once you have received the quote and checked that your quantities have not changed then contact one of our customer service reps by calling our toll-free phone number to get your order started.

Step 3. Once you contact Outlet Shirts to arrange payment we will start your order. Typically custom screen printing and embroidery orders take 10 days to complete, once payment has been provided. This does not include the ship time. Throughout the process we stay in contact with you about any updates or questions that come up.
