Actual garment measurement across just one side of the garment. This is measured 1 inch below where the arms are sewn on. Double this number to get a measurement all the way around the item.
Mens/unisex products: Measure with arms down at sides, measure all the way around the upper body, under arms and over the fullest part of the chest.
Ladies products: Measure with arms down at sides, measure bust all the way around.
